RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns will be issued with store credit only. We do not refund to your original payment method.
To issue a return you must email email@example.com with the subject containing your order number and full name then answer these questions in the body:
1. Why are you returning your item(s)?
2. Did your item(s) remain unwashed, unworn and tags attached? If not we are unable to accept your return.
3. Do you need to exchange your item(s)?
We will only allow a 12 day period to accept your return – if we do NOT receive your item/s on the 12th day we will not refund you for store credit. International orders will be allowed up to 30 days and we must receive your item/s on the 30th day. You will gain store credit in the form of an E-gift card. The days start the day you receive your merchandise.
For us to accept your returns they must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached. If we suspect items are worn, have makeup or other stains your merchandise will not be accepted for in store credit and will be returned to you at your expense.
Sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for any returns.
Once your returns are processed you will receive an email with your digital gift card within 3 days of the delivery. At this time we don’t offer return labels but we hope to in the future.
If there are damaged items they must be reported in 3 days after receiving them.
Items that CANNOT be returned:
- Sale items
You are more than welcome to exchange your items for a different size, but first you have to return the item back to us. We will then make sure it passes our return policy. Once it is accepted we will give you store credit to re-order your item.
